We currently have openings for the following positions:

Apprentice Sales

  • Are you 16-20 years old? No idea what career path you want to take or bored with your current job? Do you have confidence and a good sense of humour? Can you hold a decent conversation on the telephone? Would you like to learn a trade that could enable you to have earnings of £30-£40k per year after 2-3 years?
  • If you answered YES to all of these questions, then we would like to hear from you. We don’t care about qualifications or past jobs. We are interested in the type of person you are, and with our investment, help and training, we will aim to give you the tools and experience to enable you to succeed and become a fully fledged recruitment consultant. You will also be able to obtain qualifications in Business & Administration.

Experienced (Recruitment Based) Business Development (All Levels)

  • Do you have 2-10 years experience of developing business within a recruitment role? Fed up with poor management or disillusioned by poor business ethics? Could you deliver more if you got a bit more support? Had enough of being treated like an employee in a 1980’s based sitcom?  Want to progress? Want to earn great money but also have input on how the company is shaped? Want to own part of the business that you work so hard for? Want to work with a business on the up?
  • If you answered YES to ANY of these questions and have Business Development/New Business recruitment experience; then we would very much like to hear from you. Lucid are always on the search for talented recruitment executives and managers. We understand that it can be difficult to leave a role once you have decent regular income, so we work with individuals to assist with the move and will financially support you during the transition period.
