We will assist you with the bidding process and support you through to final delivery, and you only ever pay for the individuals you use on a project (which you will be making a profit on).
IT Channel
At Lucid we specialise in valuable yet invisible partnerships within the IT channel. Our service helps you stay in control of your projects and meet increased demand without delay.
Our services are used in three different ways, “Backfill, Resell and Ship-out”:
Backfill is when clients need additional team members on projects currently being delivered or for internal use
Resell is where specialist technology skills are not available in-house; companies tend to “badge” our consultants as their own staff members or “consultant pool of resource”, add a margin and make a profit from the end customer as well as deliver the service/project. Many companies are maximising on profits/projects with this method, as they would normally not get involved with certain technologies, which means the client will go elsewhere, which ultimately leads to loss of control and potentially a loss of the customer. As the new supplier may well try and take as much business as they can.
Ship-out is where our client is reluctant to take on a project due to the high level of co-coordinating/scheduling involved, but still want to provide/sell the equipment to the end customer (i.e. desktop rollout). Lucid (as a delivery partner) would quote to deliver the whole program on behalf of our customer.
