Spearheading the success of Lucid Support and Connect, I am results driven with a motivated, balanced, enthusiastic attitude and approach. Outside of work; Rugby, Golf and 90’s Dance Music are my passions in life.

Matthew has been with Lucid for over 20 years and serves as the company’s Head of Service Delivery, leading the delivery, governance, and strategic performance of our client and candidate services. He oversees our Client Engagement, Service Delivery, and Candidate Consultant functions, along with our permanent search and selection arm, Lucid Connect. With over two decades of delivery experience, Matthew manages the execution of all client projects and opportunities, shaping outcome‑focused services that provide clarity, accountability, and measurable value. He maintains key client relationships, supports the development of high‑performing teams, and plays a central role in ensuring Lucid’s service operations remain robust, consistent, and aligned to organisational growth.

Daniel is a founding member of Lucid and the company’s Public Sector Services Manager, leading the delivery, governance, and strategic growth of our digital services across Central Government. With over two decades of public‑sector delivery experience, he oversees major CCS framework engagements, shapes compliant and outcome‑focused service offerings, and manages key client relationships across Government, Defence, and Security. Daniel drives the development of secure, high‑assurance cloud and digital services, ensuring every engagement delivers clarity, accountability, and measurable value for the public sector.

I am a dedicated and highly motivated Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT recruitment sector. Having been part of Lucid since shortly after its inception, I’ve developed extensive operational and financial knowledge of the business and a deep understanding of what drives its success. I oversee a broad range of operational functions, including multi‑department management, contract oversight, process and procedure development, and the maintenance of key accreditations.

I am a highly experienced, well‑trained, and versatile Finance & Commercial Director with a strong focus on business growth and organisational change. My drive to launch, deliver, and rapidly scale highly profitable solutions—combined with extensive corporate knowledge, enables me to provide effective strategic and operational support across every department at Lucid.
