Q: We haven’t outsourced before. How does it work?

At Lucid we partner with our clients to provide a full resourcing service that removes all of the hassle and headache while keeping you in the driving seat. Everything we provide is tailored to meet the needs of your IT project or operation and fully bespoke to you. We begin by getting to know your business, spending time there if relevant, ensuring we’re fully aligned with your goals and are 100% clear on what you need. We are communicative and clear throughout the process, including details on cost, timeframes and what you can expect when working with us. You’ll be provided with a dedicated Account Manager, so will always have a point of contact when you need to get in touch with us.

Q: Do you provide candidates for remote work as well as onsite?

Whatever kind of IT support you need, we are primed to provide it. We can manage the supply of equipment and facilitate any necessary handover of hardware. We can also support access to your Cloud or remote systems, ensuring new consultants are quickly up and running, regardless of whether or not they are positioned onsite.
