It’s official, Lucid Connect turned 2 years old this week and what a 2 years it has been! The permanent sister company of the infamous Lucid Support Services has managed to exceed expectations, goals, and growth within the last 24 months, and they couldn’t be prouder of the team that make up Lucid Connect Ltd.

A few words from Paul Minns, Head of Lucid Connect, on the business turning 2:

The last 2 years hasn’t been smooth sailing, as the majority of organisations will understand, with the whole world experiencing an unprecedented time and a global virus keeping them locked up in their houses. But Lucid Connect managed to pull through to the other side and come out even stronger as a successful premium consultative service.

They have reflected on the past 24 months and have an abundance of appreciation for how far they have come, and they wanted to share these achievements with you all, as without some of you, none of this could’ve happened!

Connect achieved a very healthy profitable growth in their 2^nd year of business, delivering 200% year on year growth in the 2^nd year and exceeding their annual financial goal by 15.89%. Whilst this may not seem like something some business would shout about, for a ‘newcomer’ business to smash these goals before the financial year came to an end, whilst still in the middle of a pandemic, is something they are proud of.

In the 24 months they have been live, they have successfully managed to onboard some great clients, predominantly in the IT and Technology space. They currently partner with global professional services firms, several VARs in the top 10 list of IT Channel Resellers, and a range of businesses across multiple sectors. Alongside that they have expanded their executive searches internationally to the USA and Germany, partnering with global consultancies.

The Lucid Connect team have grown in number, strength, and capability over the last 2 years. They have formed a proactive team that complement each other’s strengths and support one another’s weaknesses. It’s quite a statement to say they have formed the ‘dream team’, but without the cooperation of each Connect member, they wouldn’t be the prosperous organisation they are today!

Whilst delivering professional and trusted employment services is their specialty, they couldn’t have the partnerships and interest in the business they have today without an online presence. This time last year, April 2021, Lucid Connect launched their brand-new logo and website alongside their sister company, Lucid Support Services, and the engagement was immense. Having an organisation that delivered such premium level project delivery services, alongside permanent and executive searches that acted as an extension of your business and was able to deliver that so clearly online as well as offline was an achievement within itself. They have a combined social media following of 3,500+ just on LinkedIn and Instagram, two of the most popular and growing B2B social platforms in the world right now, and this was an opportunity to grow brand awareness Connect did not miss out on.
