20 years’ experience in the IT Recruitment industry, I lead Lucid’s Technical Service Delivery function and have successfully managed some of our largest resource projects.
I act as lead client and consultant liaison and daily account manager, using my extensive experience of project delivery within a demanding environment to ensure a smooth and seamless service.

I am a dedicated and highly motivated operations manager with over 18 years’ experience working within the IT Recruitment sector.
My operational and financial knowledge of the business is extensive, due to working with Lucid from shortly after its inception.
I am responsible for general operations including multiple departments, contracts, processes, procedures, and accreditations.
