Ambitious Learning and Development Manager

 

The ideal candidate:

 

We’re looking for a Manager who wants to build a lucrative career in digital learning, by taking a leading role within our team, to help grow our business and share in the rewards. Ideally you will have a learning background and the experience to work closely with our customers, helping to identify and fulfil their digital learning needs.

 

You will have previous experience of proposing and presenting learning solutions. With the team, you will have the ability and opportunity to contribute and help perfect, innovative and creative digital learning solutions. This will involve working with a variety of customers in various industries. You will be working with a team that is already highly respected for producing a broad range of unique learning solutions, which are playing their part in the success of our customers learning and development programmes. 

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

Essential:

• Knowledge and experience in the e-learning industry.
• Consultative approach, with the ability to analyse and understand customer needs.
• The initiative and knowledge to help create training proposals and concepts.
• Able to contribute and progress ideas with learning innovation.
• Ability to integrate and lead with our team to bring customers digital solutions to life.
• A good understanding of high quality, engaging learning content using a variety of media.
• Managing customers in line with parameters of time, quality, and budget.

 

Desirable:

• Knowledge of learning principles and how they apply to hybrid learning.
• Some experience in creating both online & blended learning solutions.
• Experience of working with creative teams.
• Self-motivated and ambitious to grow with the company.
