A long-term opportunity has arisen for a project manager with extensive experience in delivering multiple projects, across multiple clients in a Managed Service style role. You will lead and manage projects through their full lifecycle from concept, design and requirements gathering through to deployment, UAT and hyper-care.

This role will be pivotal in managing projects, vs developing/ retaining key relationship with the stakeholders (internal & external) during these projects, ensuring that there is strong and frequent communication between the customer and the project team.

• Manage complex customer projects across the entire IT Infrastructure including security, networking, hosting and cloud solutions.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Produce and maintain project documentation in line with our project processes.
• Produce presentations to communicate project goals to stakeholders.
• Collate project plans, work packages and presentations in support of bid proposals.
• Strong experience in Prince, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies (Certified is a plus)
• Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost utilising appropriate verification techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation.
• Working knowledge of additional project methodologies such as PMBOK or AgilePM would be ideal.
