We are currently recruiting for a project manager that will lead and oversee the review and update of a key document outlining infrastructure data and asset management standards for the organization.

Objectives:

• Drive the timely and comprehensive review of data management/strategy to bring it up to date with industry standards, sustainability goals, and data strategy requirements.
• Obtain input from subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify required changes and enhancements.
• Manage the accurate documentation of all revisions and improvements for the updated version.
• Coordinate the approval process through the Data Governance, Standards and Assurance Sub-Group.
• Publish and distribute the updated data standards across the organization upon final approval.
• Deliver improved infrastructure data governance, standards, and asset management through the updated framework.
• Support organizational objectives including sustainability, data strategy, and asset management.

Governance and Management:

• Report to and take direction from the assigned team lead.
• Work within established governance structure.
• Accept and complete specific tasks assigned through project management tools and in writing.
• Track and report on progress and completion of tasks against project plans.
• Attend regular stand-up meetings to communicate status, highlight roadblocks if any.
• Proactively manage the review process and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive progress across tasks and workstreams to meet project timelines
