An excellent opportunity for an Ivanti Consultant arisen with a growing, global company who specialises in business innovation and business change. With the ability to execute projects both independently and in conjunction with other consultants.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to implement high-quality technical solutions based on industry best-practices, complex business and technical requirements.

The successful Ivanti Consultant shall be responsible for delivering valuable consultancy to the company’s customers, providing technical expertise and a consistently excellent standard of customer service experience.

Through strong technical skills and product knowledge the Ivanti Consultant will work to deliver high-quality consulting, implementation and configuration based upon effective customer’s needs analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform new implementation, support, upgrades, training, and technical documentation to the customer using Ivanti Software (ITSM)
• Perform POC and presentations for customers
• Deliver consulting services to configure and guide Ivanti products to customers
• Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and configuration
• Perform consultation, implementation, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer for billable engagements
• Determine the best technical approach for clients, using sound, design based, security-minded implementation principles
• Document best practices in developing and deploying solutions and feed them into our knowledge base for reuse by customers and partners
• Ensure that delivery of services and communication to customers remains at an exceptional and consistent level
• Continually build and maintain your own technical expertise to support customers and self-development.
• Working hybrid from home and onsite in our Reading office, travelling to customer sites when required

Experience and Skills required:

• 3+ years’ experience consulting, professional services, implementation, or support additional pre- and post-sales or project management is a plus
• Experienced in configuring/building Ivanti solutions for customers
• Ability to identify client issues/needs and translate into compelling solutions to address clients’ requirement
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented
• Experience in gathering requirements
• Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-serving attitude
• Self-motivated to develop technically
• Strong team player

Education required:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Certified Ivanti® Engineer
• Certified in ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 is a plus
