JOB DESCRIPTION:

M365 Security Solutions Architect – 3 Months+ - Remote

Lucid are proud to be working with an established MSP customer on a new M365 Solutions Architect position, focusing on security solutions. Design, implement, and maintain secure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with client requirements. Collaborate with sales teams and clients throughout the presales cycle to understand needs, present solutions, and close deals. Leverage expertise in Microsoft Defender suite, Intune, Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Data Loss Prevention.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure M365 solutions tailored to client environments
• Conduct scoping calls and present findings to prospect clients
• Design solutions to deliver against customer expectations
• Implement and configure advanced M365 security features
• Provide guidance and educate wider teams on best practice and delivery steps

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in M365 security solution design and presales
• Expertise in Microsoft security stack (Defender, Intune, CA, DLP, etc.)
• Strong consultative abilities and experience managing full sales cycles
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
• Relevant certifications (M365 Enterprise Admin Expert, Security Operations Analyst, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Sentinel, Security Center, CSPM tools
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud security principles
