Technical BA / Project Coordinator – 4 Months+ - Remote – Inside IR35

 

Overview

Lucid Support Services is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to join a leading company in the shipping/logistics industry on a contract basis. This is a remote role with the potential for travel to Europe to collaborate with the technical team on-site (expenses paid).

 

Responsibilities

• Document technical specifications, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with project goals
• Validate technical requirements meet business objectives and expectations 
• Establish traceability matrices linking requirements to deliverables
• Manage documentation repositories and version control
• Collaborate with technical architects, consultants, and stakeholders
• Participate in quality assurance and testing processes

 

Requirements

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator in technical environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies 
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
