IT Project Coordinator / Manager – 6-12 Months’ – SW London – Hybrid – Inside IR35

Lucid Support Services are proud to be working with an established retail organisation on a national network refresh project.

The Role

Experienced in the management of projects across multiple stakeholder groups, the Project Coordinator will be managing the organisation of a large network refresh, keeping the supplier accountable for their processes, liaising with, and keeping the client up to date with progress of projects and keeping technical teams informed on technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Helping coordinate the supply, delivery and install of new Cisco Firewalls, Switches and Routers.
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure project continuity.
• Managing reports and documentation throughout the project.

• Ownership of supplier relationships.

Experience

• Experience working on large scale network rollouts.
• Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working in a retail organisation.
• Working independently as well as in a team.
• Working in a high paced environment.
• A background within an MSP.
• Handling multiple projects at once.
