JOB DESCRIPTION:

Server Support Engineer – 6 Month Contract – Inside IR35

 

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Server Support Engineer, this will be to support with an ongoing server refresh programme, migrating servers from Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 to Windows 2022.

 

The task may involve deployment of new servers via Microsoft SCCM, auditing content on existing servers and migrating data and software from legacy servers to new servers.

 

Skills/Experience required:

• Windows 2016 to Windows 2022 operating systems,
• DHCP migration to new servers (in conjunction with the network team)
• Deployment of devices via MS SCCM (to deploy new servers)
• Setting share permissions
• Robocopy
