About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Packager to join our End User Compute (EUC) team. You will play a critical role in assisting with client package-related incidents, development work, and modernising application deployment methods for a large government agency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support packaging solutions for business applications using modern deployment technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to existing packaging technologies.
• Assist in the migration of legacy applications to new deployment methods.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for application packaging and deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Packaging Engineer with a strong understanding of modern application deployment methods.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging technologies (SCCM, App-v, Intune experience a plus).
• Experience with migrating legacy applications to new deployment methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note this will be expected to be 3 days onsite per week and has been determined as Inside IR35.
