Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (JIRA) (Contract)

Contract Length: 4 weeks

Location: Remote

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist (JIRA). In this remote role, you will be responsible for uploading documents into the JIRA system to support both Service Desk and Software Development processes and projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload various documents (e.g., reports, specifications, user manuals) into the JIRA system accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all uploaded documents are correctly categorised and tagged for easy retrieval.
• Maintain a consistent and organised filing structure within JIRA.
• Assist with data migration tasks between JIRA and other systems (if applicable).
• Communicate any discrepancies or errors encountered during the upload process.

 

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with document management systems (a plus).
• Familiarity with JIRA ticketing system (beneficial, but not mandatory).
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
