We are working with a leading non-profit software provider in the Social Housing sector to find a talented Project Manager to oversee a critical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day service operations and manage client enquiries.
• Lead partner meetings and proactively plan future development initiatives.
• Foster close collaboration with internal and external teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Implement robust processes for project documentation and measurement.
• Oversee project budget and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Track progress, identify and resolve issues effectively, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead and manage the assigned work stream, driving its success.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients, managing expectations.
• Build strong relationships with development and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

• A project manager with a proven track record of success.
• Adept at applying software development project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
• Possesses a deep understanding of project lifecycles and best practices.
• A natural leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (MS Project, Visio, SharePoint a plus).

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Experience working within the Social Housing sector (allocations, homelessness, housing options, etc.)
• A background in managing a front-line social housing service.
• Familiarity with Jira project management software.
• Knowledge of data transfer and analysis.
