EDBS IT Engineer – North London – 4-week contract (Cover) – Inside IR35

Here at Lucid we have an opportunity for an IT Engineer to work in North London on a 4 week contract. As this is working in a school, the successful candidate will need a valid Enhanced DBS clearance

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and students, resolving hardware and software issues
• Helpdesk and ticket support
• AD Network user administration
• Software and hardware troubleshooting
• Classroom laptop connectivity support
• Chromebook set room delivery
