Instructional Designer - Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Instructional Designer to join our customer on a Consultancy/ Freelance basis. Helping to develop, update, and deliver e-Learning training material, including e-Learning story-boards, presentations etc.  

Responsibilities:

• Produce new interactive eLearning and instructor-led training materials.
• Write new/update existing instructional content that is easy-to-understand, engaging, & informative
• Develop training materials that are relevant, practical, and based upon adult learning principles.
• Incorporate instructional design models appropriate for adult learners, use team-proven development processes, and adhere to the in-house style guide.
• Adhere to writing standards and project timelines.
• Identify and share ways to improve workflow designs based on end user successes and failures.
