JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Java Software Developer

Telecommunications

Athens - Hybrid

 

We are working with a global provider of cloud, data and network-as-a-service who are seeking a highly skilled Java software developer to join the development team in creating software solutions. You will be responsible for communicating with product managers or product owners to determine their requirements, creating technical design, and daily hands-on coding work.

This is a Full-time position with a Hybrid working model (Once or twice a month to attend team meetings in the Athens office)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for back-end technology implementation, application and business system optimization and integration
• Responsible for daily project version upgrade, deployment and implementation
• Code review for other team members.
• Automate the maintenance work with the development tools.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / engineering related with experience in large-scale projects.
• Multinational work experience

 

PREFEFRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skilfully use eclipse, idea and other development tools, and be familiar with Git, Maven and other project management tools; Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps and Kubernetes related tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills both in Chinese, English, and able to work under pressure.
