Business Change Project Manager – Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and assertive Business Change PM, to join our customer and lead them through a large-scale project that spans technology, process and people.

• Manage streams across Technology, Process and People to build, manage and drive governance across an integrated plan under Exec sponsorship.
• Developing comprehensive change management plans with mapped activities, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and benefits identification.
• Stakeholder engagement/management for Exec Sponsors, Leadership & PMO group.
• Set up and manage project governance including project boards, teams and working groups.
• Be responsible for decision making within projects including risk and budget management.
• Plan and manage complex changes including dependencies with other work streams.
• Take accountability for business/technology change, communication & governance.
• Analysing situations systematically, resolving problems, identifying causes, anticipating implications, and making informed decisions.
• Proactive engage stakeholders and those impacted by the change, working in collaboration with the wider business to get executive buy-in.
