JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Citrix Support Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Bristol.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Citrix products and will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Citrix infrastructure including XenApp, XenDesktop
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Citrix products
• Document support processes and best practices for knowledge sharing

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supporting Citrix infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions is a plus
• Generic MS Support, 365, , Intune, Azure AD etc,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Day-to-Day

• Main requirement is being very knowledgeable with Citrix, is a Citrix environment
• Updating Gold Images, Maintentance of the Citrix environment, Servers, Backup Technology like Veeam
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide support
• Monitor and maintain Citrix infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Citrix products
• Document support processes and provide training to clients when necessary
• Keep abreast of the latest Citrix technologies and best practices through continuous learning and professional development

 

Starting ASAP

Onsite Monday – Friday 9pm – 4:30pm or 5pm (TBC) – this may go hybrid after a few months
