IT Support Engineer – 3 Months Contract to perm – St Albans - Inside IR35

 

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer, based in St Albans, this will be on a temp to perm basis.

 

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years IT End User support
• Hardware support – printers, keyboards, mouse, desktop
• Active Directory & O365 support
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as require
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
