Senior Partner Integrator - Team Lead

UK Based- Travel to London office couple of times per month

Worldwide travel to customers as and when required

We are seeking a Senior Partner Integrator - Team Lead to join our client, a leading provider of digital automation solutions, powered by the innovative software-defined software dedicated to helping organizations overcome the barriers and complexity of connecting to the cloud. Specialising in automated interconnection, data centre connectivity, and cloud/SaaS/IX/app connectivity, empowering customers to easily access and manage critical data, SaaS applications, and business partners worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integration and direct partner/customer engagement. You will be responsible for the team who implement technology solutions for our clients. This role will be responsible for building and growing the wider team, including direct reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and management to the Partner Integration team, ensuring that high-quality and effective client solutions are delivered 
  • Lead the Partner Integration team ensuring quality key performance indicators and milestones are achieved on time and within budget
  • Active oversight of the team's performance, identify and mitigate risks
  • Manage team workload allocations
  • Collaborate closely with clients to configure and implement technology solutions
  • Configure and implement technology solutions 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure proper utilization of technology products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and address concerns
  • Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively streamline workflows and processes with internal teams and external partners
  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to implement a systematic approach to quality management to ensure all participants receive a consistently high standard of service and that operational performance is maximized
  • Stay updated about industry trends and best practices in service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management and technical implementation.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing technology solutions for clients.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand technical concepts such as REST API
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Experience with client training and delivering technical presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
