SC Cleared - Senior Data Engineer

3 months

Croydon(Hybrid)

Join our client, a central government organization, as a Senior Data Engineer for a 3-month contract. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their data-driven future by designing and implementing scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using AWS components like S3.
• Transform and model complex datasets using MySQL and Python.
• Collaborate with data analysts to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MySQL, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS data services (eg, S3, Redshift).
• Knowledge of data engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
