JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently recruiting for Junior Asset Coordinator to assist on an initial 12 month contract based on site in London, the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate asset-related and stock take activities.

 

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze asset data from spreadsheets.
• Review asset information and room data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate actions to address bad data.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to schedule and conduct room audits.
• Ensure accurate asset records during room audits.
• Coordinate actions based on audit findings.
• Develop and maintain detailed inventories of hardware assets.
• Monitor asset and stock room status
• Track asset lifecycles and recommend actions.
• Utilize asset management software for efficient tracking.
• Report assets that are not on manifest using firm approved processes
