Learning Experience Coordinator
Leeds- Hybrid
Up to £35,000 DOE
We have partnered with a leading digital learning provider to support their search for a Learning Experience Coordinator. This role is to coordinate and lead the production of e-learning content development and will be responsible for the quality of the deliverables, ensuring that the team are meeting the customer brief within time and budget, whilst also striving for excellence in creativity, innovation and productivity.
This role requires high levels of organisation, communication, and collaboration, working seamlessly with other circles and spaces across the organisation.
The day-to-day:
Working hands-on within the UK Learning Studio, the wider teams, and subcontractors, you will monitor and control production progress, including scope, scheduling, production milestones, and quality. You will brief subcontractors and report back on progress to ensure that development is kept on track and quality is consistent across the multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Being able to work on multiple projects and juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Monitoring and control of production progress: scope, scheduling, production milestones and quality.
- Being able to identify priorities and manage one's own time to manage these priorities effectively.
- Coordinating the work of external subcontractors (including IDs/graphic designers/eLearning agencies/Quality Assurance) within time, quality and budget.
- Risk control and implementation of the necessary actions to mitigate them, as well as escalation of incidents and problems that arise to the Project Manager.
- Supporting the team in identifying when additional resource is required and identifying the best subcontractor for the job.
- Completing appropriate logging and tracking documents and processes as required.
- Supporting the team with proofreading/quality checks/testing checks where required.
- Investigating queries and resolving issues following feedback from colleagues and customers.
- Proactive in collecting, reporting, and using data in communication, decision-making, and recommendations to colleagues and customers.
- Contributing towards the analysis of common amends, fault patterns and general product issues.
- Proactively identify trends of both good and bad practices, ensuring that this is recorded and escalated appropriately.
- Taking responsibility for solving problems and supporting colleagues.
About you:
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, who can multitask, isn’t afraid of getting stuck into projects, and can think autonomously.

- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Able to demonstrate tenacity and approach tight deadlines with calm confidence.
- Experience of production management and working with creative teams, or the proven ability to use diplomacy and sensitivity when required.
- Analytical with a high attention to detail.
- Experience of using different software applications, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Kanbanize.
- Experience of using authoring tool.
- Experience of proofreading/quality checking/testing products.
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a production coordinator, preferably within the e-learning industry.
- Experience converting face-to-face courses into online & blended learning.
- Knowledge of learning principles and how they apply to distance learning.
- Awareness of how AI, authoring tools and other technical solutions are used to develop e-learning.
