JOB DESCRIPTION:

L1/L2 Engineer - Romford - 20 day contract - Inside IR35 

We are seeking a dedicated L1/L2 Engineer specializing in providing technical support within a school environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PC builds, laptop deployment, and have experience in 1st and 2nd line support. A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (EDBS) certificate is required for this role.

 

Responsibilities

• Building and deploying PCs and laptops as per school requirements
• Responding to 1st line support requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Addressing more complex technical challenges through 2nd line support
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless IT environment for educational activities
• Contributing to the development and delivery of tailored IT solutions to enhance the educational experience
