Job Title: Citrix Consultant

Contract Duration: 38 Days

Working Location: Remote (there may be the occasional requirement to attend customer site)

Start Date: 4^th November 2024

 

Job Details:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Citrix Consultant.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Citrix products and will be responsible for performing Migrations and upgrades, as well as ongoing support.

 

Responsibilities

• Migrations of Citrix Cloud
• Upgrades of Citrix infrastructure including XenApp, XenDesktop
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Citrix products
• Document support processes and best practices for knowledge sharing

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supporting Citrix infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Cloud, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop
• Strong knowledge with Azure, Windows Servers and VMware
• Generic MS Support, 365, Intune, Azure AD etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
