Service Operations Manager – London – Temp to perm
Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Manager to lead a team of onsite IT technicians delivering high-quality End User Compute (EUC) and operational IT support across various customer sites in London and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of onsite IT technicians delivering EUC support.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development to build and retain a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and establish personal development plans to motivate and enhance team capabilities.
- Manage team scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring effective coverage and operational consistency.
- Oversee the delivery of IT services and support in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate and align operational practice and delivery with our Remote service desk team.
- Monitor incident resolution, escalations, and communication, ensuring adherence to processes and standards
- Lead technical projects, such as hardware upgrades, software rollouts, and service transitions.
- Develop project plans and manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across London and other regions as required.
- Full UK driving license preferred.
- Ability to obtain BPSS and SC clearance
