We are currently recruiting for multiple Deployment Engineers to assist with the migration from windows 10 to Windows 11. The successful candidates will be responsible for the imaging and configuration of new PCs to replace existing hardware. You will be responsible for travelling across various sites across the Midlands so you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle

Main Responsibilities

• The imaging and configuration of new PCs to replace existing hardware that is not compatible
• Transporting small volumes of devices between central sites
• Memory upgrades to devices already deployed
• In place Windows upgrades to compatible devices that are already deployed
• Installation of locally procured software over and above the base build – this may vary from site to site
• Final configuration of devices to connect to printing and peripheral services
• User support and troubleshooting of incidents
