JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Scrum Master (Contract Role)

Location: Remote / London

Day rate: £600 Inside IR35

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and teams to ensure effective backlog management.
• Encourage and empower teams to embrace innovation and change.
• Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance performance.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

• Essential: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role within retail and commercial banking.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
