JOB DESCRIPTION:

Network Engineer – Manchester

 

 

A requirement has arisen for a Network Engineer to join our customer on a potentially long-term contract. General experience and competencies required:

 

 

• Experience in creating VLAN networks that meet the needs of the organization, considering factors like bandwidth, security, and reliability. 
• Configure routers, switches, AP’s, firewalls, and other devices to meet the design specifications (ideally Cisco, Meraki)
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems, and schedule upgrades. 
• Communicate efficiently and promptly with MPS.
• Establish and enforce policies to protect networks from malware and viruses. 
• More expectations and competencies to follow
