JOB DESCRIPTION:
Programme Director - Cambridgeshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our customers flagship program, to help drive forward and deliver an exciting new product to market. In this role the individual will be expected to coordinate the actions of other Senior Project/Program staff, holding them and the deliverables to the highest standards.
The Role/Skills:
- Stakeholder engagement and communication to a global, corporate scale to VP level.
- Ability to manage across borders, departments and business strategies, to bring together the program critical path, including: IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Digital and others.
- Day-to-day accountability for all key program RAID activities to ensure clarity on the actions, and what is required to resolve RAID items.
- Experience of Conflict resolution and identifying/ mediating and resolving key business issues at a global corporate scale.
- Provide clarity to VP level, and other people in the senior, global audience.
- Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings, controlling and managing the agendas, ensuring pre-work to meetings are complete, and actions are taken and fed back and tracked.
- Managing program scope / change management.
- Contribute to, and validate communication packs to global senior leaders
- Facilitate workshops where needed for cross functional teams, to discuss key issues as well as driving the project planning sessions.
- Ideally have experience managing service driven programs facilitating multi.
- Strong background in Project/ Product Management and Business Transformations.
- Agile and Waterfall expertise, desirable.
