JOB DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge Manager – Nottingham – 3 months to perm

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Manager based in Nottingham on a temp to perm arrangement. The Knowledge Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and optimize systems for sharing knowledge, and ensure that employees have access to the right information at the right time.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s knowledge management strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for improving knowledge sharing, knowledge capture, and knowledge distribution across departments.
• Lead the creation, management, and ongoing optimisation of the organisation's knowledge repository (e.g., intranet, knowledge base, document management systems).
• Organise and categorise content to ensure information is easily searchable, accessible, and up-to-date
• Ensure that best practices for information governance, including data security, privacy, and compliance, are applied in the knowledge management process.
