JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Support Engineer - London - 3 Months to perm 

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in London on a 3 months to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in 1st and 2nd line support, PC builds, deployment, Active Directory, and Office 365.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues
• Build and deploy PCs for new and existing users
• Manage and support Active Directory user accounts and security groups
• Assist with Office 365 administration, including user management and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and continuous improvement initiatives
