Job Title: Dynamics 365 Consultant

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

 

The role of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Dynamics 365 application suite.

 

You will work closely within a team and support the end client / stakeholders, ensuring the Dynamics 365 solutions aligns with business needs and supports the company’s strategic goals.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, translating them into Dynamics 365 system designs and solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring high system availability, security, and performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users about the functionalities of the Dynamics 365 system and how to leverage it effectively for their roles.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other business applications and systems.
  • Continually monitor and manage system configurations, customizations, and updates in line with governance, risk and best practices.
  • Manage and resolve any Dynamics 365 system-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on Dynamics 365 to other team members and assist in strategic technology planning activities.
  • Collaborate in system and UAT testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, improvements, and industry trends to leverage them for business benefit.

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Power platform, specifically Dynamics 365, F&O and/or CE
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions, which meet Microsoft best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Mentors and coaches Users, and other team members in how to utilise Dynamics 365.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership from within Technology teams.
  • Understanding of integrating Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.
  • Experience in managing appropriate release processes and standards for promoting code between environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary for system maintenance or critical issues.
