JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst

Contract Duration: 6 months

Working Location: Fully Remote: Office is in North London

Start Date: February

 

You will be representing a successful Managed Services Organisation as a dedicated 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to one of their key customers.

 

This is a fully remote position, inside IR35, Monday to Friday, a laptop and work equipment will be provided

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Monitor Service Desk call queues, ensuring that all tickets are fully updated and are processed appropriately.

• Escalating incidents where customer calls to chase or where progress is slow

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage technical queries

• First point of contact for Technology, delivering a professional service that promotes high customer satisfaction levels

• Escalating the ticket to 2nd Line where required

• Providing first line support by diagnosing and resolving incidents and escalating incidents and service requests to the appropriate support team

 

Experience

 

• Providing remote user support and L1 Ticket Triage.

• Supporting users for Microsoft Windows Applications, O365, Active Directory, Teams

• Using Active Directory for password resets, creating accounts, managing leavers
