JOB DESCRIPTION:

Night Shift IT Project Manager – 6 Months – SW London – Inside IR35

Lucid Support Services are proud to be working with an established retail organisation.

 

The Role

Experienced in the management of projects across multiple stakeholder groups, the Project Manager will be keeping the supplier accountable for their processes liaising with, and keeping the client up to date with progress of projects and keeping technical teams informed on technology changes.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with POS database general structure, architecture and operating systems
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident management
• Knowledge of the components of a self-checkout solution
• Experience supporting Diebold and/or GK self-checkout software
• Understanding of networking, infrastructure and system architecture designs
• Can handle multiple projects at once
• Effectively understand IT logistics and terminology
• Ownership of supplier relationships.
