Technical Support Analyst
Fixed Term Contract | 3 months | £150 per day
Overview
We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers users, onsite in London. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of L1 support, Tech Bar operations, and experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory. The successful applicant will be a proactive problem-solver, with strong communication skills.
Day-to-day
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users through various channels, including in-person visits to the Tech Bar, and ticketing systems.
- Assist with Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access and security protocols are followed.
- Participate in imaging and deployment activities, ensuring new devices are set up and configured according to company standards.
- Provide general technical support and guidance to employees, promoting a positive and inclusive service experience.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continuously improve the support experience for users.
