Part Time IT Support Engineer – London Bridge – 6 Months – Inside IR35

Here at Lucid we have an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer 2 days a week onsite for 6 Months.

Job description

• Provide effective IT support to all clients both onsite and remotely.
• Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 (Including Azure AD and Intune)
• Deployment, Rollout, refresh, imaging. Access points installation
• Hardware / Software support - Keyboard, mice swap outs, monitor support etc. Desktop move (with leadership)
• Ensuring that appropriate customer communication and ongoing updates are provided for the lifespan of any issue or request.
• Establish a good working relationship with clients and colleagues.
