JOB DESCRIPTION:

2nd Line Support Engineer Luton

6 month contract initially – Inside IR35

Lucid have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Deskside Support Engineer, based in Luton

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Deploying laptops and end user devices – imaging and tagging hardware
  • Good knowledge of SCCM, Windows 10/11, Azure AD and O365 technologies.
  • General day to day troubleshooting and IT Support for non – IT staff end users working onsite
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment.

Other essential requirements include:

  • Driving Licence & Vehicle
  • Physically able and comfortable with lifting hardware / screens etc
  • Self-starter, highly motivated & receptive to change
  • Service oriented (actively looking for ways to help people)
  • Enthusiastic about new technologies and willingness to adapt
