Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to sell our full range of IT project delivery & recruitment services.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in tech companies.
  • Understand client needs and position our services effectively.
  • Track and manage sales activity using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including:
    • Outbound calls/emails per day
    • New client meetings booked per week
    • Revenue generated per month/quarter
    • Conversion rates from lead to closed deal

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident, outgoing, and results-driven sales professional.
  • Proven experience in Business-to-Business sales, telesales, technical, or recruitment sales.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to sell and close deals.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls – You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and self-motivated – A go-getter who wants to earn big!
  • Ability to quickly learn & articulate our services – We’ll train you, but a sharp mind helps!
