JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a System Support Engineer to manage and maintain the SX. E legacy system. You’ll be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, scheduling tasks, and reporting to ensure smooth operations. If you have experience with legacy systems and enjoy solving problems, this is the role for you!

  • System Maintenance: Administer, monitor, and optimize the SX. E system to ensure uptime and performance.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for SX. E issues, diagnose problems, and implement fixes.
  • Scheduling: Manage system task scheduling, backups, and maintenance to minimize disruptions.
  • Reporting: Generate performance reports and monitor logs to identify system risks.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
