JOB DESCRIPTION:
Desktop Support Engineer – 1 month contract – Central London
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to assist on an initial 1 month contract based in the Central London area. The contract could also be extended beyond the initial month.
Main Responsibilities & skills required
- Deploying laptops and end user devices – imaging and tagging hardware
- Provide effective IT support to all clients onsite
- Hardware / Software support - Keyboard, mice swap outs, monitor support etc.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop support tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment.
