Onsite IT Support Engineer - London - 3 Months to perm 

We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team in London on a 3-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support and performing PC deployments. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM toolsets, particularly ServiceNow, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Deploy and configure PCs and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with end users to provide assistance and resolve issues
• Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
• Responding to on-site technical support requests
• Installing and configuring PCs and peripheral devices
• Collaborating with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Documenting support activities and maintaining accurate records
• Providing exceptional customer service to end users
