Onsite IT Support Engineer – London – 3 Months (Inside IR35)
Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IT Support Engineer, based in London on a 3-month contract with a view to go permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other end-user devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Testing fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or vendors, following established protocols and procedures with accurate documentation
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and security patches as required.
