JOB DESCRIPTION:

EDBS IT Field Engineer - London & Essex - 3 month contract (Inside IR35) 

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful EDBS IT Field Engineer to travel to various schools in London and Essex. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting schools with their IT requirements, focusing on Windows 11 deployment and desktop deployment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various schools within the London and Essex area to provide IT support
• Lead the deployment of Windows 11 and desktop systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure at school sites
• Collaborate with school staff to provide training and support for IT-related issues
• Ensure compliance with EDBS regulations and hold a valid EDBS clearance
• Coordinate with school staff to schedule deployment activities
• Troubleshoot any IT-related issues that may arise during the deployment process
• Provide training and support to school staff
• Maintain accurate records of deployment activities and provide updates to the IT team
