JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Team Leader – London – Temp to Perm

 

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Team Leader based in London 5 days per week on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for the leadership of the onsite deskside support team; you will take ownership and responsibility to ensure that the team are providing an onsite support desk service in line with the customers SLA’s

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of deskside support technicians, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
  • Act as an escalation point for advanced or difficult help requests.
  • Set clear objectives and expectations for team members, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other end-user devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Testing fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, including incident logs, service requests, and continual review and update of knowledge base articles.
