Deployment Administrator
London, 3-month contract, start ASAP, Inside IR35
We are looking for a proactive, organised and well spoken Deployment Coordinator / Administrator, to support a Laptop and Mobile device deployment project in London. This role is not highly technical, but requires excellent communication, coordination, and administration skills to keep tasks moving, people aligned, and deadlines on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the point of contact for coordinating telephony deployment activities
- Schedule and track client devices, engineer visits, installations, and on-site activities regarding apple devices and laptops.
- Proactively reach out and liaise with internal teams, site contacts, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain and update deployment trackers, reports, and documentation
- Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders on project status and updates
- Support issue resolution and escalate where necessary
- Perform general admin duties to assist the wider deployment team
