What IT skills can you provide us with?

Where do I stand if I'm unhappy with the candidate supplied?

In the event of an issue we can first look to mediate and attempt to resolve the problem. However, it’s essential to us that the consultant we supply fulfils your criteria so, should this fail, the agreement can be terminated and a suitable replacement found. Our robust QA processes mean that much more often than not we successfully place the right consultants with the right operation first time. Additionally, as we communicate closely with both clients and candidates, we are almost always able to deal with any issues before they become problematic.

How quickly can you get a candidate if we need urgent cover?

We understand that businesses often need IT support because a project is running behind, there has been a delay in the hiring process or there is absenteeism in the staff team. In these and most other circumstances, time is of the essence. At Lucid, we pride ourselves on onboarding experienced, qualified IT professionals to your business at pace, usually in 24 hours. Occasionally, extremely niche roles can take longer but your Account Manager will consult with and guide you on this, to assist with project planning and/or resource management.

We haven't outsourced before. How does it work?

At Lucid we partner with our clients to provide a full resourcing service that removes all of the hassle and headache while keeping you in the driving seat. Everything we provide is tailored to meet the needs of your IT project or operation and fully bespoke to you. We begin by getting to know your business, spending time there if relevant, ensuring we’re fully aligned with your goals and are 100% clear on what you need. We are communicative and clear throughout the process, including details on cost, timeframes and what you can expect when working with us. You’ll be provided with a dedicated Account Manager, so will always have a point of contact when you need to get in touch with us.

What are your rates/fees?

We pride ourselves on a highly cost-effective service that can save our clients money, as well as offering lasting value. Due to the vast amount of different skills we can source we are unable to provide a single, accurate service figure. However, guideline rates can be found within our brochure, and a bespoke rate card can also be provided on request.

Are the engineers you supply Lucid employees?

Lucid employs a small team of in house technicians who we send out on customer sites and engagements. Should our own engineers not be available or not have the exact skill match we turn to our associate pool of consultants. These consultants have prior successful delivery engagements with us, and are already screened and vetted. We will also launch thorough campaigns to locate and vet qualified consultants for the required assignment.
